AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Route 89 - Wagon Wheel Restaurant

February 10, 2005

On the night of Feb 10th two male suspects approached the victim from behind in the parking lot of the Route 89 restaurant on North Cache Street. The suspects forced the victim to the ground and committed an aggravated battery on the victim by kicking him multiple times in the head, causing serious injury.

The suspects are described as follows:

• Male, white, 20-30, 5'8", 160 Blond shaved hair
• Male, white, 20-30, 6'8", 190 Black short hair

The Jackson Police Department is seeking any information about the identities of the person(s) responsible for this crime or if anyone saw anything suspicious in the days surrounding this crime.
